Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or product, you can do so under the following terms:

Eligibility for Exchange:

• Items must be exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Underwear, socks, and accessories are excluded due to hygiene reasons.

• Once your exchange is approved, our representative will create a new order, and you’ll be required to return the previous product.

• Please ensure the returned item is securely packed with all original tags intact.

Shipping Costs:

• , A shipping charge of Rs. 300 will apply for each subsequent exchange.

• If the item received is defective or incorrect, the exchange will be processed free of charge.

Processing Time:

• Exchanges are normally processed within 2–4 business days after we receive the returned item.

• During sales or peak periods, processing may take up to 6–8 business days.

Limitations:

• A maximum of 2 exchanges per order is allowed.

• For sale orders, only 1 exchange is permitted, and it must be for another sale item.

• Exchanges can only be made up to the original product value.

Return & Refund Policy

• The product must not show any signs of wear, odor, or damage.

• Underwear, socks, and accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

• Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to send your parcel to our return address.

• After inspection, if the issue is verified, a refund or replacement will be processed within 3 working days via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a reliable courier service and keeping your tracking details until your return is confirmed.

Refund Notes:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received and verified by our warehouse.

• Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or mishandling are not eligible for a refund.

• If your requested exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued for the original product value.
